Refund and Returns Policy

At Vault & Vial, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our policy below:

Returns & Exchanges Due to the nature of fragrance products, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that have been opened, used, or altered.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost incurred by us may be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery.
  • We may request photos of the issue and will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, for the verified item.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
